Order Cancellation Policy
Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders placed on this website are considered final upon confirmation of payment. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly authorizes G.O. Sport Srl to process the order immediately for fulfilment.
Due to the automated nature of our order processing system, orders may enter preparation or shipment stages immediately after confirmation.
Cancellation Prior to Shipment
Cancellation requests are only considered if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Approval of cancellation is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of G.O. Sport Srl, depending on the processing status of the order.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In such cases, the customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the goods.
Refusal of delivery does not automatically constitute cancellation and may result in deduction of shipping, return, and handling costs.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Orders containing customised, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
These products are manufactured specifically for the customer and are therefore non-reversible in the production process.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
In the event of a dispute, G.O. Sport Srl reserves the right to provide full documentation of:

Checkout acceptance logs

Shipping and tracking records

Delivery confirmation (where applicable)
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases.
Refund Processing
Where a cancellation or refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment provider and banking systems and may vary.
Any applicable fees (including shipping, return handling, or transaction costs) may be deducted where permitted by law.
