Refund & Returns Policy (Italy & EU)

Satisfaction Guaranteed – 28-Day Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return products within 28 days from the date of delivery, provided that the returned goods reach our warehouse within 28 days.

This policy applies to sales made in Italy and the European Union.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must:

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Include all original tags and labels

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Only in the case of defective or non-conforming products, return shipping costs will be covered by G.O. Sport Srl

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected:

• If the product is compliant, the refund will be processed within 30 days

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by applicable law (e.g. customized products, sealed items opened after delivery, where applicable).
